Payment is by credit card. Every 7 days we charge the leads delivered in that period, less approved credits.
Can I report bad leads?
Yes. Within 14 days of delivery you can report any lead online through our claims portal. Every lead has a unique lead ID. Valid reasons are duplicates, permanently unreachable contacts (at least 6 call attempts on 3 different weekdays plus one email left unanswered for 10 days), demonstrably wrong contact details, or leads outside the criteria you selected. Valid claims are replaced or credited free of charge.
Is everything privacy-compliant?
Yes. Every prospect gives explicit consent on our websites before their details are shared. Each inquiry is verified with TrustedForm and Jornaya consent proof, and inquiries are additionally validated (including SMS confirmation where applicable). Consent records can be evidenced on request.
What happens after the trial?
If the trial works out, we move into a regular partnership, still with no fixed fees and no minimum term, at the regular lead price. Your account manager will reach out once your ordered trial volume is delivered. We never deliver more leads than you ordered.
